For reserves requests, please email information to libraryreserves@smith.edu.

Please consult Discover Advanced before submitting your request, in case Smith already owns the title or it is available elsewhere in the Five Colleges.

  • Additional copy policy: We will order an additional copy of a title owned by (or on order at) another Five College library only when essential for supporting teaching, learning, and research at Smith College. Use the Additional Information box to indicate why an additional copy is needed at Smith.

Faculty book and media requests are reviewed by subject librarians. If your request is time sensitive, please consider using Interlibrary Loan and we will attempt to borrow the item from another library.
