Book & Media Suggestion Form

• This form is for the use of Smith students, staff members and alumnae. Faculty members, please use the Faculty Book & Media Order Request Form rather than this form.
• Please consult Discover Advanced before submitting your order, in case Smith already owns the title or it is available elsewhere in the Five Colleges. We do not normally order books/DVDs if they are available elsewhere in the Five Colleges; please use the Additional Information box to indicate why an additional copy is needed at Smith.
• Book and media suggestions are reviewed periodically and not all suggested materials will be added to the collection. If your request is time sensitive, please consider using Interlibrary Loan and we will attempt to borrow the item from another library.
